PRODUCT & SHIPPING

  • What is your return policy?

    Unfortunately, for the ointment and fiber gummies, we don’t accept returns due to the nature of the products being in the medical and health category. The only return or replacment exception is if the product was damaged in transit. We will gladly refund and/or replace those items!

    We do accept returns for our other products like merch and gear (coming soon!).

  • Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

    Unfortunately sometimes we can’t forsee how fast a product will sell out and our manufacturer turnaround time is about four weeks from production to packaging and then when it reaches us. We will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as we get new inventory in stock!

  • How can i change my order after it has been placed?

    Since the turnaround time on packages is so fast, changing or canceling an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. We recommend emailing (info@rrhoidrage.com) or calling us 844-591-7402 IMMEDIATELY if there is an issue with your order. Your email should include CANCEL/CHANGE ORDER #_____ in the subject line. Our customer service team is available for immediate order changes Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM CST. We will always do our best to make sure that you’ll get what you need, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fix the order before it ships out.

  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship everywhere in the United States, Canada, and its territories. Shipping to Canada is done primarily through Canada Post, and an international processing fee is included in the shipping line item.  

    We also ship to the United Kingdom. International shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the country and order size. Free shipping policies are not eligible for international countries.

  • Will you ship to an APO address?

    Yes, we do ship to military addresses! On the checkout page of our store, there are options for the following in the dropdown menu for states:

    • Armed Forces Americas
    • Armed Forces Europe
    • Armed Forces Pacific

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?

    We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal and Google Pay for one-time orders.

  • Where are your products made?

    Our ointment is manufactured in Fort Worth, TX and our fiber & magnesium gummies are manufactured in Eugene, Oregon. We plan on launching more products made here in the USA in the near future!

  • Can I expedite my order?

    Yes. We offer priority shipping for both UPS and FedEx for additional fees, in case you need to expedite your order!

  • What shipping carriers do you use?

    We currently only offer USPS shipping.

  • Where else can I buy Rrhoid Rage products?

    We currently only sell on our website and about to be listed on Amazon! We are hoping to be in brick-and-mortar stores soon to reach more people. Stay tuned!

  • How long will my order take to process?

    Once you place your order please allow 1- 3 business days for your order to process for shipment. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link that contains your order’s up-to-date location status. Your tracking link can also be found on your account page under the “My Orders” tab.

    Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered for US orders!

  • My package is lost - what should I do?

    Don’t worry just yet! Shipping carriers will sometimes mark an item as delivered but it may take a little extra time for them to get it to you, and it’s usually when they’re in your area!

    If you’ve received a notice of delivery but you can’t seem to find your package, it’s very likely that it will show up within 24 hours of the delivery notice! If it’s been over 24 hours since your package was marked as delivered, contact us – we’ll try to help!

  • How can I track my order?

    We will send the tracking information to the email address associated with your order once the item has shipped.

  • I've forgotten the account password, how do I reset it?

    On desktop, click on the account icon on the top right corner of the header. It will take you to the customer log in page. Instead of logging in, click on “reset your password” and an email with the instructions to reset your password will be sent shortly! If you haven’t gotten the email, make sure to check that your email address was typed in correctly or the email isn’t in your spam folder.

  • Why aren't I receiving emails or newsletters from you?

    If you haven’t gotten any of our emails or newsletters, make sure to check that your email address was typed in correctly or the email/newsletter isn’t in your spam folder.

    Another reason could be is that we just got super busy and haven’t had the time to sit down and do a newsletter. But we will send one out soon so stay tuned! We appreciate your patience and support!

  • How do I enter a discount code?

    Once you click on “add to cart” and proceed to go through the checkout process, the discount code option will be there! Enter your discount code and click apply before you continue to shipping. If for whatever reason the discount code doesn’t work when it should, reach out to us and we will help you take care of it!

  • Can I combine more than one discount code?

    Unfortunately, no. Only one discount code allowed per order.

  • What is Rrhoid Rage?

    Rrhoid Rage started off as a joke but turned into a serious business idea. We are a small business comprised of a husband and a wife team. The husband, Trey, is a disabled combat veteran who suffered from hemorrhoids for almost 15 years until he had to get surgery to remove them and his wife, Tori, is also disabled. She was born profoundly deaf in both ears and wears cochlear implants. She, too, suffered from internal hemorrhoids after two pregnancies and experienced lasting relief using our own products! She is the creative and design backbone for Rrhoid Rage.

  • Why are we the best?

    Cause we are, duh! Just kidding. Maybe. But seriously, we pride ourselves with being one of the best hemorrhoid companies out there because we personally know how painful and debilitating hemorrhoids can be and have tested every single formula on ourselves and know what works and what doesn’t. We also use high quality ingredients and try to keep the customer in mind with everything we do.
